Interpreting the Anglesey Landscape

Day School:
9 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday, 9 February, 2002
Hen Goleg, University of Wales Bangor

The theme, Interpreting the Anglesey Landscape, will appeal to everyone who is interested in the history of Anglesey and wants to understand its landscape. The aims are:

  • To inform you and stimulate your interest in different aspects of the landscape history of Anglesey by means of lectures

  • To provide  practical information and advice through workshops, enabling you to start researching particular areas of Anglesey in depth, whether it is your house, your village, your parish or perhaps a stretch of coastline

It will be an exciting outcome of the Day School if more members of the AAS are encouraged to become actively involved in interpreting the Anglesey landscape.
